These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Computer Repair (computerrepair.com.bd). By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide computer, laptop, MacBook, printer, UPS, motherboard and CC camera repair, plus custom PC building and related home services across Dhaka. Service availability and turnaround times are estimates and may vary by fault complexity and parts availability.

Quotes and pricing

Initial estimates are provided based on the information you supply. Final pricing is confirmed after diagnosis and before any work begins. You will always approve the price before we proceed. Prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Diagnosis and approval

We diagnose the fault and seek your approval before carrying out chargeable work. If you choose not to proceed after diagnosis, any agreed diagnosis or visit fee (communicated upfront) may apply.

Warranty

We provide a service warranty covering the specific parts replaced and the work performed, for a period communicated to you at the time of repair. The warranty does not cover new, unrelated faults, physical or liquid damage occurring after the repair, software issues caused by misuse, or tampering by third parties.

Data and backups

You are responsible for backing up your data before service. While we take great care, Computer Repair is not liable for any loss of data that may occur during repair. We will never intentionally erase data without your permission.

Parts

Replacement parts may be genuine or high-quality compatible equivalents, as agreed with you. Individual parts may carry their own manufacturer warranties in addition to our service warranty.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate device and fault information.
  • Back up important data before service.
  • Ensure safe access for home/office visits.
  • Make payment as agreed upon completion.
